My stay was quite frustrating. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me about an unsettling incident that took place just the night before, which added to my unease. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, especially in the hallways and stairwells which reeked of garbage, and my room had a broken lock that made me feel unsafe.

We had a King Room and it was pretty spacious, with a nice couch, microwave, and fridge which was a plus. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. The front desk guy at check-in was friendly and hooked us up with a bigger room since ours wasn’t ready. It was a little annoying that the walkways were blocked off for remodeling, but I get that they want to freshen things up for future guests. All in all, it was a good stay.

This place had an outdoor swimming pool and my room was super comfy with a microwave, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. I appreciated the safety deposit box and the key card access too. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Days Inn By Wyndham Kodak/Sevierville Intrstate Smokeymntns. The staff were wonderfully helpful, especially during check-in. The breakfast was delightful, with options like waffles and freshly brewed coffee available each morning. The king bed provided exceptional comfort that made me feel right at home.

It was just a great match for a city holiday in Kodak with extraordinarily good value for money. The desk manager was friendly and helpful when I had issues with my reservation.

The breakfast was spot on with delicious waffles and coffee that I couldn't get enough of. The pool was refreshing, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. Very clean overall!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me find a good taxi during my first stay. I recommend it for a great experience.

The stay was enjoyable with the kids roaming around, and the nearby Smokies Stadium and Adrenaline Park kept them entertained. We also appreciated the dog-friendly environment since we had our two dogs with us. Plus, Knoxville Zoo was a fantastic visit for the family.

Couple suitable but needs improvement

The bed was quite comfortable and the staff was pleasant at the front desk. We got a larger room when we arrived late, which felt generous until we found out the bathroom was super cramped.

It wasn’t cheap but still tolerable under the circumstances.

the breakfast area smelled pretty strong and was hard to breathe in but the room was super clean and the friendly staff was ready for us at check-in. loved the elevator made it easy with my mom and the location was perfect.
